Our Story
Loc’d In Yoga began during my own self-love journey — a time when I was learning to do more things alone, to push past fear, and to find peace in simply being. I didn’t know much about yoga, but I knew I needed something to calm my mind. My first Yin class at The Studio Downtown changed everything — it gave me space to connect with my body, breathe deeper, and truly listen to myself. That experience led me to Abide Yoga Studio, where I completed my teacher training and discovered a deeper understanding of yoga’s roots, purpose, and power.
Loc’d In Yoga grew naturally from that journey — a welcoming space for anyone who just needs a break, who wants to heal without judgment, and who’s learning to love themselves through the process. Here, we focus on Yin and Restorative yoga — gentle practices that remind us to slow down, breathe, and be human.
The space itself is calm, cozy, and rooted in self-love — a place where you can exhale the day and simply be. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep in your practice, you’ll be guided with compassion and reminded that rest, reflection, and healing are powerful forms of growth.
